  • Don’t cover the individual in warm clothing as this will worsen the fever.

Phone your doctor if any of the follow symptoms occur:

  • Breathing that appears to be Irregular
  • If the person is suffering from a stiff neck
  • If the person appears to be confused
  • The person starts to break out in rashes
  • The person has a sore throat
  • The person keeps vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • The person is in pain when they urinate
  • The person is experiencing seizures
