The others are through e-mail, telephone call, or in person. Although e-mails and the website can all be used and accessed at any time, phone calls and walk-ins can only be done during operating hours.

  2. Students are given the option of paying the full training fees during enrolment. This prevents them from worrying about additional expenses after training. The total fees paid cover tuition and tax, manuals, certificates, and use of all equipment. Victoria First Aid offers the cheapest rates for first aid training in the city.
  3. During drop outs, full reimbursements are given to students who are able to inform the staff three days (at least) prior to dropping out.
