Take these modest steps to relieve minor neck pain or stiffness.

  • Take a few days off from sports, activities and heavy lifting that aggravate your

  • Use good posture.
  • Prevent cradling the phone between neck and shoulder.
  • Change your position frequently
  • Get a mild neck massage.
  • Use a distinct neck pillow for sleeping.
